Jack has more than 25 years of marketing and sales experience. Prior to joining Thomson Reuters in 1993, Jack headed the business-to-business marketing efforts of Florists' Transworld Delivery (FTD).
Jack earned a BA from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Jack and his wife, Paula, enjoy traveling and try to plan a trip each year. Jack is also a baseball fan.
James Paille, CPP Director, Operations
Jim has been an executive manager in the payroll service industry for over 30 years, specializing in managing multi-location offices.
Jim is a member of the APA's Board of Directors and National Speakers Bureau, and chairs the CPP Certification Review Panel. He holds a BS in Accounting from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY.
Jim has been married for 34 years to his wife, Alice. He enjoys golf and is an avid Boston Red Sox fan.
Elena Hesse, CPA Director, Sales
Elena has worked with accounting firms for more than 20 years in software sales. She has helped thousands of accountants and tax professionals with software decisions, including payroll, which positively impacted their profitability.
Elena earned her BS in Accounting from Wayne State University and is a CPA.
Elena and her husband, David, have three children. She enjoys cooking (anything other than macaroni and cheese) and sports.
